S7 Imagination Machine

Concept: Revealed at a busy Moscow mall, The Imagination Machine is an innovative installation that uses EEG-technology to turn brains into game controllers, as participants use only the power of their imagination to control a virtual plane.
Context: W&K asked Tellart to produce the central piece of the advertising experience for the russian airline S7.
Process: As main developer and lead technologist on the project, I've designed the infrastructure of the whole system, that spreads accross 10 different devices. 2 MacMinis, 2 iPhones, 1 iPad, 1 MacBookPro, 2 NeuroSky Mindwave Headsets, 1 printer and 1 Canon DSLR. The communication between the devices is handled by a websocket server coded in C++. Database in Objective-C's CoreData.

All the interactives instead are made in openframeworks. The whole development took place in in 5 weeks.
